AutoMaid - Car Selling Portal

eeAutoMaid is an easy to install web content management solution used for showcasing Vehicle Listings. Whether you are building or operate a website as an independent salesperson, a dealership, private sales or selling on consignment, eeAutoMaid allows non-technical users and salespersons to quickly create and publish vehicle listings to your website, using only your browser.

Easy enough for any dealership or salesperson to operate, eeAutoMaid enables your to manage and sell automobiles online efficiently. Users or dealers easily log into the program and create listings by entering a vehicle's information into a group of fields. (E.g. color, engine size, mileage, etc) Once a user clicks save, the listing is instantly updated to the website. Prospective buyers can now view listings that match the criteria they are searching for, and inquire about the vehicle they are interested in.

The Portal (eeAutoMaid) is ASP coded and Access 2000 db running at the back-end. eeAutoMaid can be hosted on a PWS, IIS or Windows NT / 2000 server or Unix server with ASP and Access DB Support.

eeAutoMaid includes a password protected login screen. The admin can set login for approval or auto sign-up.

Dealers

eeAutoMaid includes a password protected login screen. Only authorized dealers can login to their accounts and add/edit their listings. The admin can set login for approval or auto sign-up.

The Dealers can manage their listings at their own. They have maximum permission (given by admin) to manage their accounts, add, edit or delete their listings and images of the vehicles.

Admin

This option allows you to approve or keep any list pending. Once you have checked the new listings that are to be approved you will simply click at “Approve checked listings”. You can also search listing by any specific title and then approve those at priority.

This is the interface you use to manage all of your listings. Add/delete or modify a listing from this menu. This option allows you to edit any field in the listing. You can also search listing by any specific title and then edit them.

This option allows you to delete unwanted listing (s). Once you have checked the new listings that are to be deleted, you will simply click at “Delete checked listings”. You can also search listing by any specific title and then delete.

This option generates all expired listings. You can either contact them for renewal or delete them.

This option gives multiple choices to locate accounts of dealers, buyers, and un-approved users. You can approve/un-approve any user owing to certain reasons. You can also send email to any user from the browser.

This option gives you complete detail of user account. After checking all agreed terms, you can approve the account of the user.

Creating new categories allows you to keep your website fresh and up to date for your visitors and potential vehicle buyers. It's simple; you just enter in the listings information and add, edit or delete any category for listing of vehicles. The listing is instantly updated to the website.

For enhanced listing options, you can add sub categories, edit, or delete any of the existing categories.

eeAutoMaid allows you to send updates to all users / subscribers with a single click.
